At Uwowo Cosplay, we want you to be fully satisfied with your transformation; if your costume doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments remain in original condition with tags attached and accessories included to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and provide a brief reason for the request.

  Wait for Approval

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items are eligible for return according to our cosplay hygiene standards.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the costume in its original packaging, including all wigs, props, and accessories, and ship it to our designated warehouse address.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we inspect the returned items and confirm they are unworn and complete, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
